With a maximum of just 20 drivers per session, you’ll get hands-on learning, personalised instruction, and the chance to experience real drift techniques used by professional drivers.
What to Expect
Your half-day experience takes place at Northampton International Shaleway and lasts approximately 3–4 hours at the track, packed with driving, learning, and high-speed passenger action.
You’ll take part in three progressive drift training sessions:
Session 1: Drift Fundamentals – Donuts & Figure 8s
Learn the core skills of drifting by mastering donuts and figure 8s. You’ll use throttle control to break traction, spin the rear wheels, and rotate the car while learning how to balance steering with opposite lock—the foundation of all drifting - 10-12m minimum
Session 2: Drift Transitions & Car Control
Take things to the next level by learning how to transition the car using weight transfer. You’ll develop throttle control and confidence as you practice letting the car flow from one direction to another—building real drift technique used on track - 6 attempts minimum.
Session 3: Pro driver Tandem Drift Passenger Rides!
Buckle up for an experience unlike anything else in UK motorsport. Ride shotgun with our professional drivers as they perform tandem drifting, going door-to-door in competitive-style hot laps. Expect smoke, speed, and precision driving at its absolute limit.
