Unlike large-volume experience days designed to push as many customers through as possible, we keep our groups deliberately small, with a maximum of just 15 drivers per session.
This gives you more hands-on coaching, more opportunity to develop your skills and a much more personal experience.
Your half-day experience lasts approximately 4 hours at Santa Pod Raceway and takes you through three progressive stages of drifting.
Session 1 — Drift Fundamentals: Donuts & Figure 8s
This is where it all starts.
You’ll learn how to break rear-wheel traction and control the car using throttle, steering and opposite lock.
Starting with donuts before progressing into figure 8s, you’ll begin understanding how the car reacts once the rear wheels lose grip and how to keep the drift controlled.
Session 2 — Drift Transitions & Car Control
Once you’ve mastered the basics, it’s time to start linking movements together.
You’ll learn how to transition the car from one direction to another using throttle control, steering input and weight transfer.
This is where everything starts to feel like proper drifting.
Session 3 — Real Tandem Drift Passenger Experience
This isn’t a gentle passenger lap.
DriftXS is the only drift experience offering a genuine tandem / twin drift passenger experience as standard, with two + cars drifting together so you can experience what real close-proximity drifting feels like from inside the car with many special guests in pro drift cars!
We don’t do watered-down solo passenger runs.
Expect hard driving, big angle, smoke, the odd 360 and proper tyre-shredding action.
Our drivers are encouraged to put on a show. We don’t penalise them for driving hard, spinning tyres or throwing in 360s — that’s exactly what we want.
We build our experiences around real drifting, not preserving tyres.
We kill tyres. We drive hard. And we give you the passenger experience drifting is supposed to feel like.
